HELLO FROM THE COPPER ACRES FAMILY
My name is Amanda. My family and I live on a small-scale farm in south central Montana. I am a mom of three littles-six and under. My husband Nate and I started on this crazy little journey late 2023. We now pride ourselves on having beautiful cut flowers, the cutest little white farm stand plus fun and rare poultry breeds to offer.

The Flower farm was born in a mid Montana winter. Longing for summer and bright colors, I started seed shopping earlier than usual to make our flower patch for the summer. Only this year, we decided to make it larger than the previous year. Plus, what a good hobby for me to pick up while the kids are outside playing too! It snowballed from there deciding to offer our community with the same opportunity of the joy that flowers bring to our own household. The farmstand has been the perfect place to offer our flowers, eating eggs and other goodies.
Having a garden and growing beautiful flowers has always been a passion of mine. My late mother used to pride herself on her summertime flowers and I have fond memories of the time I spent with her flower shopping and planting. I often think of her through my processes of growing. Since having children of my own, it has been even more important for us to have healthier foods and to be all around more self sufficient.
We received a few chicks in a "chicken math" starter pack from a local breeder friend of ours and our love for our flock grew. We started a breeding program with some of our favorites so we could share with other like minded crazy chicken people.
We are finally able to make this long time dream of ours come true. With a lot of planning and hard work, we are excited to see how our adventure unfolds!

Welcome!
